Your move is personal.
Your data should be too.
This is a private first version of the Move to Poland settlement platform. It provides relocation package information, property enquiries and free community connections. Existing signed-in users retain access to their private records. Opening public intake requires the operator’s legal identity, contact details and final service terms to be supplied.
What works now
The public journey shows relevant packages and a property-buying brief. Signed-in users can save a private household plan, submit and manage requests, share an optional community profile, download their data and delete their records. The founder has a separate review workspace. Specific support proposals can be recorded, accepted by the member, tracked through delivery and confirmed by the member.
The first circle is forming. No job, housing, school place, session time, partner contract or automatic email delivery is implied. Requests are stored for human review. A request receipt is not a booking or a guarantee of acceptance.
Relocation enquiries
The contact and property forms now store your brief in our private operator queue and display a receipt after successful storage. The brief includes your contact details, timing, needs and any optional household information you provide. It is not published. No automatic email alert is configured. Contact contact@move-to-poland.com about your enquiry, correction or deletion; include your receipt reference. Do not submit identity documents or children’s names.
The operator’s legal identity, lawful processing basis and final retention schedule must be confirmed before this private pilot opens to public intake. No public paid engagements are accepted through this pilot.
What we store
A saved plan contains your chosen city, household counts, arrival month, budget amounts and self-reported preparation checks. A request contains the contact information and brief you submit, including optional country connection, pathway, topic and self-reported conversation capacity. Community posts contain your chosen display name, topic, title, message, date and moderation status. Support records contain an owner, scope, quoted cost, dates, source reference and acceptance or delivery status. Sign-in provides an account identifier and email; your own records are restricted to that account.
Calculations happen in your browser until you save. An unsaved plan or request draft may be kept temporarily in your browser’s session storage when you choose to sign in. It is cleared after the draft is restored; nothing is submitted automatically. No passport, ID document, child profile or exact residential address is requested.
Who can see it
The pilot operator can review requests to coordinate the founding community and employer support. Your household budget is private to your account and is not included in the operator’s intake queue.
If you explicitly opt in, signed-in members can see your display name, broad city, country connection, stage, pathway, topic, languages, question and offer of help. They cannot see your email or household plan. Keep sensitive details out of your shared profile. No employers are given access to private discussions or personal budgets.
Conversations and moderation
Posting requires explicit publication consent. Posts and replies wait for operator review. Approved contributions are readable by visitors who have access to the Site; this private edition remains restricted to its current audience. Your email and account identifier are not published. Pending or rejected posts are available only to their author and the operator.
The operator can publish, decline or unpublish contributions. Moderation is not professional verification of the claims made. On the community board you can view and remove your posts. Removing a thread also removes its replies; deleting your pilot data removes your posts and replies to threads you started. Published text may have been copied by readers; avoid private details.
People suggestions require a shared language and city, an offer and a profile updated within thirty days. Topic, pathway, country connection and local experience guide the order. These fields are self-reported, not verified availability or expertise. No introduction is automatic or reserved.
Usage information
Optional usage tracking is off by default. If you enable it, the platform stores an account-linked event for testing a plan or comparing a scenario, without the amounts or a recording of your screen. There are no advertising trackers. The operator can see aggregate event counts.
Your control
In your workspace, you can download your records, delete your saved plan, withdraw a request or delete all pilot data, including support records. Withdrawing a circle request removes its shared profile. A deletion affects platform records; separately downloaded copies require the holder to delete them too.
Records remain until you delete them or the operator removes them. A public launch needs a defined retention policy and contact channel for privacy requests. Signing out does not delete saved records.
How the planner works
Previously saved budget records use explicit cash-flow rules, not a generated probability of success. Rent, regular spending, deposit, setup costs, support timing and income timing are separate inputs. “Confirmed” means marked confirmed by you; we have not reviewed documents. It does not determine residence, work or tax eligibility.
The initial rent reference is Otodom’s August 2026 citywide asking-rent average, published on 24 September 2026. It is not a size-specific quote or live availability. Other initial amounts are editable examples. No tax relief or public benefit is included automatically. Check official guidance at Powroty and obtain qualified advice for your actual circumstances.
Technology and sign-in
This version is hosted through ChatGPT Sites with Cloudflare-backed storage. Sign-in uses ChatGPT’s authentication. It does not collect your ChatGPT password. Platform access settings govern who can enter this private edition.
