ILLUSTRATIVE SAMPLE · NOT A CUSTOMER CASE

Know what was done.

A fictional example of a scoped settlement assignment and the record supplied to the household. No property or appointment below has been verified or booked.

Settle in Warsaw · from €1,500One household · 30 days · up to 12 coordination hours, including up to 3 local visits

Example agreed scope

Two available-property visits against an agreed brief, one authorised handover visit and coordination of selected arrival appointments. The proposal allocates hours and names the coordinator before acceptance.

Viewing record

Visit date and address; rooms photographed; observed condition; rent, deposit and disclosed charges; match to the household brief; unanswered questions.

Example unresolved item: landlord confirmation of internet installation access. A viewing record is not a technical inspection.

Handover record

Authority to collect keys; key count; dated inventory images; meter readings; reported defects and who must resolve each one.

Example status: installation request submitted; activation date awaiting provider confirmation.

Progress update

Completed tasks, evidence links, next action, named owner, due date, dependency and hours used against the agreed allowance.

Example decision required: client approval of a provider quotation before booking.

Responsibilities and boundaries

The household supplies its brief, documents when required, decisions and authorisations. Rent, deposits and professional fees are paid separately, normally directly to providers. Additional work needs a written quote and approval. Third-party availability and decisions remain dependencies.
